1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DJ Wedoo. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on DJ Wedoo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

DJ Wedoo provides custom music production services for brands and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom Compositions: Tailor-made music that perfectly captures your brand's essence and message
• Sound Design: Unique audio elements that enhance your brand's identity and recognition
• Audio Branding: Comprehensive audio solutions that establish a consistent brand sound
• Consultation: Expert advice on how to effectively use music in your marketing campaigns

Additionally, DJ Wedoo produces original music that is available on Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and other streaming platforms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

4. Project Engagement and Payment

All projects are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed service agreement and the required deposit.

The following payment terms apply to all projects:

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee is required to secure your project
• The remaining balance is due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement
• Additional services requested after project commencement may incur additional charges
• Payments can be made via the methods specified in your service agreement

5. Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your project, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations made before initial concept development: forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit
• Cancellations made after initial concept development but before final production: 50% of the total fee is payable
• Cancellations made after production has begun: 100% of the total fee is payable
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing

In the unlikely event that DJ Wedoo must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of all payments made or, if possible, offer a revised timeline for project completion.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on DJ Wedoo's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. DJ Wedoo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, DJ Wedoo does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

7. Limitations

In no event shall DJ Wedoo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DJ Wedoo's website, even if DJ Wedoo or a DJ Wedoo authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Force Majeure

DJ Wedoo shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DJ Wedoo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

DJ Wedoo reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
